We are only as good as the people we employ. Our teams have a broad and deep wealth of expertise in everything from design, engineering and project management to highly specific, sought-after skills such as building information management and engineering.

Here at Adkins Consultants, we offer a working environment which is stimulating, challenging and rewarding. Training is provided for all staff ranging from technical seminars to other aspects which affect the working environment. For graduates and young engineers, we offer mentoring in the early years of their career and support junior staff through day release and modern apprenticeship schemes. From this they can proceed to achieve professional qualifications and Institution membership. All staff are encouraged and supported to develop their technical, management and business experience to enable growth into senior positions and complex engineering solutions.

Training Career Opportunities

At Adkins Consultants the diverse and challenging nature of the work undertaken provides an ideal environment within which individuals can learn and develop. For Graduates this environment can provide the experience required for them to become members of the professional bodies appropriate to their chosen field.

Graduate training itself is undertaken in a structured manner with the development of the individual graduate being guided by experienced staff assigned to mentor the individuals. Adkins Consultants operates an ICE accredited training scheme.

Adkins Consultants Ltd run Apprenticeship schemes where you get to work and gain experience alongside qualified engineers, earning a wage whilst being given time to attend appropriate day release and other courses, funded by Adkins Consultants, which lead to work-related qualifications.
